Delivered to the US Navy in 1966 as an A-6A, this Intruder was one of eleven converted to an EA-6A for the USMC (plus fifteen new build EA-6As) replacing Korean War era Douglas F3D-2Q Skyknights in the ECM role. Pictured with VMAQ-4, the aircraft was by this time a trainer for the more sophisticated EA-6B. Retired to AMARC in 1993, it was transferred to HVF West in September 2010 for demilitarization and scrapping.

This Beaver was brought back to Canada in 1973 after 16 years with the US Army as 56-0385. Between 1976 and 2014, the aircraft flew with many small northern British Columbia operators (most likely with Telegraph Creek Air Services when pictured, but unable to confirm) before it was sold to Kenmore Air. Refurbished for a private owner, it was delivered in 2016 as N188JG.

In 1952, this Harvard was delivered to the RCAF with serial 20431. Struck off strength in July 1966, it was one of many that were sold surplus, going to Western Canada registered CF-UZW. Pictured with it's civil color scheme before the warbird movement really caught on, the aircraft would go to Canadian Warplane Heritage in 1973. Restored to it's original RCAF markings, it was with the museum until so in the USA as N7431 in 2005.

Delivered to Flying Tigers January 3, 1969, N767FT is pictured after the "Flying Tiger Line" titles were shortened to "Flying Tigers" in the mid-70s (although the last of the original titles remain etched on the fuselage). Converted to a DC-8-73AF in 1982, the freighter was quickly sold to UPS as N787UP and was operated by Evergreen International Airlines for United Parcel Service. Re-registered N807UP as the operation was taken over by UPS themselves. Stored at Roswell, NM in 2009, it was sold and broken up in 2010.

This well traveled Twin Otter was rolled out December 1973. It was operated by a dozen different airlines before coming to Air Bras d'Or on July 3, 1986. They ceased operations a month after the photo was taken, on July 20, 1987. Bought from the receivers by Aloha IslandAir and registered N707PV, unfortunately the aircraft was destroyed colliding with high ground in marginal weather October 28, 1989.

At the end of 1966, Air Inter leased an F-27 from Fokker (PH-FSD) that resulted in an order for ten new Fokker F-27s (F-BPNA - J) . First deliveries from August 1968 through May 1969 when the pictured F-BPNJ arrived. Later four other used F-27s were leased or bought. This aircraft went to the UK as G-BOCE and G-OFEC for Federal Express in December 1987. Mountain Air Cargo, another FedEx Feeder, bought it April 1988 registered N706FE. The freighter was retired in September 2004 and later scrapped.

In airline service with Northwest Airlines 1959 - 1972, this Electra was one of three bought by Nordair. Two (CF-NAY and CF-NAZ) were modified for ice reconnaissance. Nordair was bought by CP Air in 1986 and became one of the airlines that merged to form Canadian Airlines in 1987. The ice reconnaissance Electras were retired by 1990 and this one was last with Legion Express as N188LE. The aircraft was broken up at Miami Opa Locka and the registration cancelled in 2017.

A Lockheed-Vega built B-17 that rolled off the production line in July 1945. Delivered but stored and not put into service, the aircraft was instead transferred to the US Coast Guard as bu 77255 with 15 other B-17s in 1946. Struck off strength in 1959, it went via Ace Smelting Inc to Fairchild Aerial Surveys (1959 - 65), Biegert Bros. (1965 - 66) as a sprayer and Aircraft Specialties (1966 - 81) for air tanker conversion. Global Air operated the tanker (1981 - 86) before it was acquired by the Yankee Air Museum. There it was rebuilt to near WWII condition and is a current flying artifact.
