At the end of 1966, Air Inter leased an F-27 from Fokker (PH-FSD) that resulted in an order for ten new Fokker F-27s (F-BPNA - J) . First deliveries from August 1968 through May 1969 when the pictured F-BPNJ arrived. Later four other used F-27s were leased or bought. This aircraft went to the UK as G-BOCE and G-OFEC for Federal Express in December 1987. Mountain Air Cargo, another FedEx Feeder, bought it April 1988 registered N706FE.
