In open storage at Johnson County Airport, still fitted with agricultural spray bars. Built in 1945. Taken on charge by the US Navy as 37276. Retired from military service in 1954. Became N7272C in 1957. Operated as a sprayer with Hirth Air Tankers from 1988. Withdrawn from use and put into storage at Buffalo, Wyoming from 1991. Acquired by the Vintage Aviation Museum, Utah in 2016 with a view to restoration.

Delivered to the US Navy as 37270. Stored at Litchfield Park, AZ in 1954. Sold as N7257C in 1957. Converted to a sprayer. Used by a number of operators. Withdrawn from use at Chandler-Gila River Memorial by 1991. Moved to Mesa-Falcon Field in 2007 for restoration. Still there in 2025.

Delivered to the US Navy as Bu37257 on 9 Aug 1945. Stored at Litchfield Park, AZ on 30 Jan 1954, then sold as N7255C in 1957 and stored unused at Douglas-Bisbee, AZ. In 1974 its rear fuselage was exchanged with the damaged rear fuselage of N6856C c/n 15-1156. In Dec 1975 the now damaged aircraft was donated to the Pima museum, but remained stored at Douglas-Bisbee until it was trucked to the museum on 30 Mar 1982. There it was stored yet again until restoration finally began in 2003. During that process the aircraft was mistakenly painted as 32757 instead of 37257. As can be seen, the Navy blue has faded considerably over the past 20 years. A repaint would be a good opportunity to also correct the serial.

This Harpoon was SoC by the USN in 1955, becoming N7459C in 1957 after storage at Litchfield Park, AZ. Operated as a fire bomber and later a crop sprayer. Ferried to the museum in 2000

Delivered to the USAAF as 44-85429 in 1945. To the US Coast Guard as PB-1G 77255 in 1946. Sold and registered as N3193G in 1959. Converted to a sprayer in 1965 then then to a firebomber in 1968. Featured in the film Tora Tora Tora in 1969. Rebuilt as a warbird from 1986 to 1995.

Delivered to the US Navy as 37419 in 1945. Stored at Litchfield Park, AZ from 1953. To Tallmantz Aviation as N7486C in 1957. To Aircraft Specialties at Mesa-Falcon Field in 1968 and converted to a sprayer then to Globe Air in 1981. Sold in 1987 and flown to Sonoma-Schellville, CA for storage. To the Italian Air Force Museum, Vigna di Valle AB, Italy in 1993. Moved to Piana delle Orme, Borgo Faiti, Latina in 2016 and painted in Italian Air Force markings as MM80074.

For years this B-17 was used for joy flights. But activity has ceased now and the aircraft was parked behind the museum. It is marked as an aircraft belonging to 601 BS, 398 BG

This aircraft went to Italy around 2006. Originally taken on strength by the USN as 37419 in 1945 and wfu in 1953, it was restored by 2017 to represent MM80074 during its service with 87° Gruppo at Catania-Fontanarossa.
