First flown 28 March 1956 and delivered to Central African Airways 24 April. When the Federation of Rhodesia and Nyasaland was dissolved and Malawi and Zambia gained independence, CAA became a holding company and the Viscounts operated with nameplates for the new airlines; Air Malawi, Air Rhodesia, and Zambia Airways. To Air Malawi as 7Q-YDK 1 January 1968, June 1979 to Air Zimbabwe Rhodesia, name changed to Air Zimbabwe February 1980. Re-registered Z-YNA October 1983. Delivered to Trans Canada Airlines in April 1958, Air Canada would retire this Viscount in 1973. Among many of the ex- Air Canada Viscounts, it would be bought up by Broker United Aircraft Services and Beaver Enterprises. One of a few that flew again, it was sold to Zaire Aero Service, got a new registration 9Q-CPJ and a wing spar change in 1978. Withdrawn again in 1984, it was stored at N'dolo, Zaire in March and broken up in September.

VH-RML in the V832 Deluxe livery intended for Viscounts built for Ansett-ANA, which were model 832. -RML came from Cubana and was an 818. Ansett-ANA had reverted to calling its 810 series aircraft Viscount II by the time the type was withdrawn in 1969. -RML was sold in Taiwan in 1970.

A6-436 initially operated in this bare metal finish. It soon acquired a blue cheatline and white fuselage top. Towards the end of its RAAF career the remaining bare metal surfaces - lower fuselage, wings, engines, fin and tailplane were painted grey.

Ex G-AOYP, registered to British World 22nd March 1994 as G-PFBT and operated for Parcel Force. It was flown to FALA (Lanseria) in May 1997 and was registered to Heli-Jet Aviation in June 1997 but never flew again. It was finally scrapped in April 2006

Originally built for U.S. Steel Corp. in 1956 as an executive aircraft and here just converted to passenger for a travel club using surplus Air Canada interior components. Crashed in poor visibility and written off in Ecuador as HC-BEM on 29 December 1977.

Operated by BAF for Virgin Jun 87 until Aug 88.

Delivered to Capital Airlines 20 April 1956. The aircraft was broken up in August 1992 after purchase from Go Transportation by Turbo Aire Holdings.

Seen wearing dual BEA / Air Malta during a joint service between London to Malta via Rome.
