Delivered in June 1971. Became N84899 in June 1984. On 22 Nov 1989 the aircraft was doing a pre-delivery test flight at Luqa (Malta) when the port main gear failed to lower. The aircraft was slightly damaged in the ensuing landing. N84899 was then repaired and departed Luqa on delivery to Liberia on 15 December 1989. Its N-registration was cancelled on 18 January 1990. The aircraft was written off in December 1992 during the civil war in Liberia.

Former USAAF 43-48252, delivered to Türkiye on 6 December 1948. It is reported with code ETI-41 (1980) and later 12-041 and 1-041. The Dak was last assigned to 1 THKIKK at Eskisehir and was badly damaged in August 1994 when it lost its right engine during take-off from its homebase.
