This P-47, actually 44-32817, remained stateside after delivery until refurbished and transferred to the Fuerza Aérea Venezolana as 15B36 in April 1949. After it was retired from the Venezuelan Air Force it was displayed for more than 20 years at the Military High School Named LICMILAYA (Liceo Militar Gran Mariscal de Ayacucho). It was a "Must Picture" during the graduation ceremonies. It returned to the USA in 1995. It's presently registered to Lewis Vintage Collection in San Antonio, TX painted as 44-33813 "Balls Out" that was damaged in Germany during 1945.

Contracted as 42-92489, this C-47 was delivered to the Royal Air Force as FZ692 in February 1944. Transferred to the Royal Canadian Air Force in June 1946, it was re-serialed 12945 in 1970. Declared surplus in 1972 the aircraft went to the USA as N91GA from 1973 - 75 before coming back to Canada as C-GRSB. First with the Department of Energy and Mines, it would later be assigned to Environment Canada until 2014. It has been in the Canadian Warplane Heritage collection since then.
