Associated to the Wiltshire School of Flying, Jackaroo aircraft were founded at Thruxton in 1957 to convert surplus Tiger Moths into 4 seat Thruxton Jackaroo cabin biplanes. The company, which became Paragon Aircraft in the early 1960s, also designed the ES3 Paladin in two versions, the ES3 145 two seater and the ES3 175 four seater. None were built but this mock up was produced.

Transferred to the Argentinian Navy in October 1967 as 0624 and converted to a T-28P flying as 'A-04' and later '3-A-204'. Withdrawn in 1972 and displayed by 1978 at a Naval school in Necochea as I-A-250. Later moved to the Museo de la Aviacion Naval at Base Aeronaval Comandante Espora at Bahia Blanca and believed to be in storage with the museum at time of upload.

Built in 1929 as the Curtiss Long-Distance Hawk I demonstrator, a variant of the P-6E fighter, and registered NR636E. Rebuilt after a crash as the Hawk IA and delivered to aerobatic pilot Al Williams as NR982V in August 1930. Named Gulfhawk and painted orange when Williams was contracted by Gulf Oil in 1933. Replaced by the Grumman G-22 Gulfhawk II in 1936. Restored from 1958-62 and subsequently flown by Hollywood stunt pilot Frank Tallman. Donated to the NASM in 1969.
