This 1957 Beaver was originally OH-HBA with Finnish power company Imatran Volma Usakeyhtio OY. Registered to Norving A/S as LN-MAB December 11, 1974. and was involved in a landing accident on a lake on Norway in July 1980. It landed with the land wheels on its floats extended which caused it to flip over. Shortly after it turned up in Canada for future rebuilding, but the registration was not cancelled until 1986. Rebuilt as C-FWCA in 1991 (two other Beavers also carried this registration) , it moved to the USA as N5NW in 1994 and was re-registered with a new owner as N30PD in 1999.
