Built by VEB Flugzeugwerke at Dresden in 1959. Ex 023 (Polish AF), SP-LNO (2) (LOT) and 041 (Polish AF). Converted to photo survey aircraft in the mid 1970s and was re-serialled 3065 in 1982. Operated by 13 PLT at Balice it became one of the last operational Il-14s with the Polish AF, being retired c1993 when the type was replaced by the Antonov 26. After a period of storage it was moved in 2004 for display at the Luftfahrt und Technik Museumspark at Merseburg and when that closed, it was re-located and displayed at the "Euronova Campus" at Hürth in 2021.

Built in East Germany by VEB Flugzeugwerke at Dresden and first flown as 027 in July 1959. Later flew for periods with LOT as SP-LNP (June-September 1961) and SP-LNS (June-August 1966 and June-July 1967) and with the Air Force as 49 by 1980. Re-serialled 3073 in 1982 flying with 13BLT at Krakow. Withdrawn in December 1987 and stored at KRK. Moved by April 1998, in use by 2000 at Lutcza as part of restaurant Zajazd Pod Samolotem and scrapped by August 2015. The nose is reported to be in a private collection in Austria.

Built for the US Navy as R4Q-2 131708. Redesignated as a C-119F in 1962. Stored at Davis Monthan AFB with park code 4C026 in 1975. Sold to Dross Metals in 1980. Registered as N7051U in 1988. To Hawkins and Powers Aviation in 1989 then to the US Marine Corps Museum at El Toro by 1991. Moved to Miramar by 1999. Registration N7051U was still carried on the tail booms, and serial 131708 was on the tails.

Delivered to the USAAF as 44-77281 in 1945. Registered as NC53480 then NC63288 in 1946, N63288 after 1948 and N97H in 1956. Cancelled from the register as sold to Russia in 2013.

Delivered new to Unifly as EI-BTU 30th June 1988 and returned to lessor (GPA) as N600DF 18th June 1990. Leased to Oasis as EC-642 10th March 1991 and re-registered EC-FEB 3rd July 1991. Returned to lessor as EI-BTU 13th Oct 1993 for lease to Private Jet Expeditions, then re-registered N915PJ 20th Nov 1993. To AeroLloyd as D-ALLU 21st Dec 1994, then Spirit Airlines as N814NK 23rd Dec 1999 and finally to Swiftair as EC-KCX 22nd March 2007. Retired LEMD (Madrid) 23rd Oct 2014 and scrapped

Went to the Hellenic Air Force around 1993. Stored at Araxos from 2014.

Delivered to Alpha Air as N31729 in 1989. To Trans World Express in 1994 then to Skylink Express as C-GSKN in 1998. Still current with them in 2021.

Converted from an A-7C to a TA-7C in 1978. Preserved at Olathe, KS from 1998.

VH-AAT painted as G-ACTM for its role in the TV series "The Great Air Race" about the 1934 MacRobertson UK-Australia air race.
