Founded in 1973, Worldways Canada underwent a major expansion in 1981 with the acquisition of this 707 (quickly followed by two more). Two years later, the jetliner went to the Royal Australian Air Force (A20-623) as Worldways introduced DC-8-63s for their charters. In service until stored in 2007, it was sold to Omega Air (N623RH) for their tanker fleet in 2011. It has been stored at Brunswick Golden Isles Airport, GA for possible later use.

Delivered to CP Air June 10, 1981, this 737 spent all of it's time based in Canada. CP Air to Canadian Airlines (pictured here in transition colors), Air Canada, and Zip Air via mergers through 2004. Next registered to Canadian North, but sold to First Air in 2005 before entering service. The aircraft was withdrawn in 2015, the registration cancelled in 2016.

This F-18B went to the Yanks Air museum Chino, CA in 2012 on loan from the National Museum of Naval Aviation.

Previously with Landis - Gardner Machine Company registered N31LG, this Fairchild built F-27 is pictured registered to Osmond Aviation Services. Last with Aero Continente as OB-1591 from October 1994, the aircraft was stored at Lima, Peru circa 1991 and reportedly broken up by 2000.

Reported as both 42-4949 and 42-19027 both of which were recovered by David Tallichet in the early 70s. The 5th Air Force assigned this Airacobra to New Guinea in June 1943. The aircraft was abandoned at Tadji Airfield and remained there for thirty years until recovered in 1974. Pictured on static display at the Planes of Fame Museum, it was sold to Fred Johnson of the Museum Aeronautica in Tacoma WA in 1987 with the intention of making it airworthy. With wartime names "Small Fry" on the right and "Little Sir Echo" on the left, it returned to the Planes of Fame Museum in 2002 where it remains on display.

Gulf Oil Corporation flew this Beech D-18S 1946 - 64 (N80355 ). The State of Michigan (1956 - 66) changed the registration to N6000M in 1961. A freighter after 1966 starting with Cryderman Air Service registered N60004, the aircraft is pictured with Burl Air Freight who acquired it in 1975. The registration was cancelled from the USCAR in 2013.

The last de Havilland Canada Twin Otter rolled off the DHC production line in December 1988. In 2006, Viking Air bought the type certificates for DHC designs no longer in production. While providing parts and service for these aircraft, Viking chose in 2007 to put the Twin Otter back into production. The first series 400 aircraft flew in 2010. In 2016, the 100th Viking produced Twin Otter flew using the same registration as their first. The aircraft is operated by sister company Pacific Sky Aviation providing training for Viking Air customers.

This long time west coast resident was delivered to British Columbia Pulp and Paper in September 1948. Later it flew with Gibson Bros. Contractors, Queen Charlotte Airlines and the Province of British Columbia (Department of Lands and Forests and Department of Transport & Communications). Pictured with J B Reid Logging from January 1984, the aircraft was sold to Castle Rock Exploration in June 1996. Unfortunately on September 30, 1996, the aircraft crashed working in Labrador while enroute to Goose Bay. The wreckage was eventually salvaged and has been stored by Viking Air since about 2003.

Originally destined for the Netherlands as PH-PXD in 2001, the order was not taken up. Instead, MD Helicopters added it to their own demonstration / test fleet.

Taken on strength in 1949, WB550 had the distinction of being the longest serving Chipmunk in the RAF. Retired in 1996, it was donated to the National Air Force Museum of Canada the same year.

Aeronca Aircraft returned to civilian aircraft production in 1945 with two new designs ; the 7AC Champion and 11AC Chief. The manufacturer ceased light aircraft production in 1951 and in 1954, the Champion Aircraft Corporation was formed and bought the 7AC design for production. This 1962 Champion Challenger was sold in September 2016 and was registered C-FPTR. It was involved in a mid-air collision on June 14, 2020, damaging the tail. The aircraft set down on the Ottawa River and flipped over with the pilot exiting with minor injuries. The other aircraft was able to land at Arnprior airport.

A flight of four BAe Hawks (1001 - 1004) transiting via Malta were the first deliveries of the type to the Abu Dhabi Air Force.

Arriving from Amsterdam and just about to touch down, PH-DEG was with KLM from December 1969 through November 1983. Registered N926CL to Capitol Air, it was sold to Emery Air Freight in October 1984. A freight door was added in 1985 and it flew freight until retirement in 2004.

Delivered to Bristow US in 2009, this Bell 407 went to Australia via Eagle Copters (C-GUGI) in October 2020. It's registered to Foster Helicopters as VH-DMF at the time of uploading.

This 1979 Airbus A310 was delivered to Thai Airways on September 6th as TS-TGR. Re-registered HS-THR, the old registration (previously used on a DC-8) was later applied on a 747-400. Sold to DHL in December 1999, the aircraft was converted to a freighter by July for DHL Airways. After DHL was sold to Deutsche Post, the airline division was was sold to American investors and renamed Astar Air Cargo in July 2003, continuing to operate for DHL Express. Withdrawn in 2009 it was stored at Kingman, AZ where it remains, unlikely to fly again.

Local Louisiana Plaquemines Parish Government (seal on the side of the rear fuselage) purchased this Piper Aztec in 2007 for mosquito control. It allows spraying in marsh areas unreachable by fog trucks.

One of Air Spray's stable of BAe 146s awaiting tanker conversion at their USA base in Chico CA. It's a former Air Wisconsin (N610AW) and Sol Airlines (HI-SOL) machine that Air Spray bought in 2012.

Two days before the end of WWI, a lost German pilot landed this Fokker D.VII behind allied lines near Verdun. Sent to the USA as a war prize, it was eventually added to the Smithsonian's collection. The aircraft was restored in 1970 in the original markings of pilot Heinz von Beaulieu-Marconnay who landed it over fifty years earlier.

Delivered to Eastern Airlines as NC33643 in 1941, this aircraft was pressed into military service as 42-56636. Returned to Eastern after the war, it was purchased by the Brooklyn National League Baseball Club to become the Dodgers team transport in 1953. It's pictured at Hemet-Ryan Airport undergoing a slow restoration to original DST configuration.
