Ellehammer's plane from 1906, with which on 12 September 1906 he made his first flight on a circular concrete runway, tethered to a pole in the middle. This has been claimed as a first powered flight in Europe, but it was not officially observed (Santos-Dumont Flight a few weeks later was observed and was officially recognized as the first powered flight in Europe). Reconstruction was made in the 1950s using several original parts (propeller, large drive wheel, support tubes for the engine, 3 cylinders and petrol tank).

One of two aircraft built for oil magnate SEJ Cox to compete in the 1920 Gordon Bennett air race at Etampes in France. Handling problems and poor takeoff performance led to a rushed conversion to a biplane. Texas Wildcat was written off when it flipped on landing at Etampes at the end of its short flight from the Morane factory where the conversion had been done. The other aircraft, named Cactus Kitten, shipped back the US without being uncrated. It was converted to a triplane and came second in the 1921 Pulitzer Trophy Race. Photo from: Library of Congress

'Soviet industrial exhibition.' The construction number is below the door. According to the Soviet Transports Data Files, airframe never registered; taken on charge by Aeroflot at Kremenchuk in February 1961 but relegated to ground instructional airframe in June 1961. Apparently Russian helicopters made some flights in Oslo in June 1960. This matter was discussed in Norwegian parliament on 9 June 1961. Do you have more information? Photo from: Norsk Folkemuseum

It underwent an in depth restoration from 2000 through 2008, and is now on display in the WW2 Gallery. This slide was taken in the outdoor aircraft display area at the original museum on Patterson AFB.
