Sold to Vancouver Island Helicopters September 25, 2001, the machine remained in Canada until VIH sold it to Wells Fargo Bank as N144WA in March 2011. It was leased to Brazilian oil company HRT Participações em Petróleo SA as PR-HRZ. The helicopter was destroyed when it crashed into the jungle in the area of Tefé - Amazonas, Brazil on June 14, 2013.

The Beavers and Otters were gradually replaced by Cessna 208 Caravans. One Twin Otter remains today with others replaced by Pilatus PC-12s.
