Eight 146s were added and this one became N403XV on delivery after Farnborough 1986. The airline became overstretched in 1989 and went Chapter 11 late that year. This 146 was returned to BAe and went to LAN Chile in March 1990 as CC-CET but was w/o at Puerto Williams on 20th February 1991 when it overran the runway into the Beagle Channel
