With Pacific Western Airlines 1974 - 83, this 737 would be leased to America West in July 1983. By the time it returned from lease in 1988, PWA had become Canadian Airlines. It was leased to America West again 1989 - 97. Returning to Canadian Airlines and merged into Air Canada in 2001, the aircraft withdrawn in 2002 and flown to Opa Locka, FL where it was scrapped.
