Built on an order for Rio Airways, but not taken up, this Twin Otter went to Air Alps instead as F-GBDA February 16, 1978. Evergreen Helicopters took delivery of it January 28, 1980 and was ferried via Shannon Ireland / Reykjavik , Iceland. Sold to Air Inuit, it returned to Canada as C-GBJE in 1985. While landing at Kangiqsujuaq Airport in northern Quebec during gusty winds, the pilot lost control and struck a ditch October 26, 1989. No injuries, but the aircraft was substantially damaged. Later moved to Springbank, AB, it was broken down for parts.

Altair Airlines bought this Beech 99 Airliner in 1968. Bar Harbor Airlines was next to operate the aircraft from July 1977 - September 1982. Pictured new to Mesaba Airlines who were beginning to expand outside of Minnesota. Sold to Fairchild in June 1986 as Mesaba were acquiring Metros, Bar Harbour bought it the same month and re-register it N218BH. Later in Canada as C-FKCG 1990 - 2011, it was added to Aerodynamics Worldwide fleet of lease and aircraft for sale, registered N899AE. The registration was cancelled in December 2019.

This Komet got some repair at Freeman Field , IN after the war. Parts from two other Me-163s were used so the aircraft could be flight tested at Muroc Lake, CA (now Edwards AFB). Unpowered tow flights were made, but delamination of the wooden wings cancelled scheduled powered flights. The aircraft is displayed in unrestored condition after decades of storage.
