Designed by Nemesis Air Racing's president Jon Sharp as a racer and kit-built aircraft, the Nemesis NXT was the first sport-class racer to break 400 mph. During qualification for the 2008 Reno Races, Mr. Sharp flew his NXT at 409.297 mph (and also won the Sport Class championship).
