On display at the JMSDF Naval Air Museum, Kanoya on an autumn day. This is the last P-2J built. Seventh Kokutai was the last of the JMSDF squadrons to fly the P-2J, and this aircraft completed the last flight on June 5, 1994. The squadron emblem of a blue Omega with seven stars of the Big Dipper is visible on the tail of the aircraft.

Crashed due to engine failure on final approach at Iliamna, Alaska, in June 1989 while operating with Alaska Safari Inc. Crashed due to engine failure on final approach at Iliamna, Alaska, in June 1989 while operating with Alaska Safari Inc. After substantial work by Aircraft Salvage and Rebuild Inc of Omak, Washington, joined Kenmore Air in June 1999. Moved to Ketchikan, Alaska in May 2000.
