I well remember looking at the patched-up bullet holes in TMA 707s during their frequent stopovers at LHR cargo in the 'Eighties. This 707 suffered much the same fate as MEA's 720 OD-AFL just uploaded. Like that 720, TMA's OD-AGN was acquired from American and also perished under Israeli shelling at Beirut, in this case on 16th June, 1982

Conair bought and converted it to an air tanker in 1975. Photographed being prepared for another fire season, tanker 32 would go to Airspray in 1987 as Conair retired the A-26s. Airspray later retired their A-26s also and this Invader went to the Champaign Air Museum (N381EC) in 2009.
