This 707 was Astrojet N7559A with American Airlines from 1965 to 1977. Joining TMA in May 1977, the freighter was among six Lebanese Boeing 707 and 720s destroyed during a shelling of Beirut Airport during the 1982 Lebanon War.

I well remember looking at the patched-up bullet holes in TMA 707s during their frequent stopovers at LHR cargo in the 'Eighties. This 707 suffered much the same fate as MEA's 720 OD-AFL just uploaded. Like that 720, TMA's OD-AGN was acquired from American and also perished under Israeli shelling at Beirut, in this case on 16th June, 1982
