Substantially damaged on 31 August 2023 at Three Rocks, CA when registered to H & G Farms Inc. Following a sluggish takeoff, the pilot dumped the hopper's water load and pulled up to clear trees: the aircraft stalled, descended into a neighbouring field and impacted terrain. Pilot uninjured.

This Ka-26 was was originally delivered to the Leningrad directorate of Aeroflot in October 1976. It was badly damaged in the Kalevala region in August 1981 after overturning during lift-off due to a strong tail wind, although eventually repaired and then re-registered RA-24349 to start flying with Petrozavodsk AE.
