A flyable Meteor painted as A77-851 which was an F.8 named 'Halestorm' that shot down a MiG-15 during the Korean War. That was later converted to a U.21A and scrapped although the nose was preserved. VH-MBX was flying with the Temora Aviation Museum until at least 2018 and is in fact ex VZ467 which was the last Meteor F.8 in RAF service (till 1982 as a target tug), named 'Winston'

One of 24 Neptunes operated by the RAAF and among a batch of 12 of the later SP-2Hs delivered in 1962 to 10 Sqdn at Townsville, Qld. It was operated in the ASR role and flew the last mission by an RAAF Neptune at the end of November 1977. Sold to a scrapper in 1978, it was not removed in time and passed to a private buyer, restored to flight during 1981 and bought by HARS in 1988. Repainted in original midnight blue 1991 and to Albion Park 2002 with J34s fitted. On 24th Dec 2023, flown again after two-year restoration, now the only flying P-2 in the world.

RAAF 100 Squadron's Canberra is masquerading as an RAAF machine. In fact it was a Handley-Page built example, delivered to the RAF as a B2, serial WJ680. Later converted to a TT18. It was sold in 1992 and flew for nearly a decade in the UK as WJ680, registered G-BURM. In 2001 it was acquired for the Temora Aviation Museum and shipped to Australia, being re-registered VH-ZSQ on 30 July 2002 and painted to represent A84-234. (The front fuselage of the real A84-234 is on display at the RAAF Museum, Point Cook.)

HARS have two consecutively-serialled C-47s, A65-94 and 95, which were delivered to the USAAF from Douglas at Oklahoma City on the same day in 1944, this one as 44-76764, continuing on to Australia in May 1945. Both were flown by the RAAF in New Guinea and South West Pacific theatre during the late stages of WW2, followed by allocation to several different squadrons and the ARDU. A65-95 was auctioned off in 2000 and is now repainted in period SE Asia colours.

Parked alongside similar aircraft A4-210, 234 served the RAAF Transport Flight Vietnam from 1965 and was the last Australian aircraft out of Vietnam, flying home in February 1972. Both Caribous were retired from service in late 2009 with around 19,000 flight hours each. They were kept in open air storage at Oakey until 2011 when HARS successfully won the tender for the two aircraft plus spares. Both remain in flying condition.
