Hitler's Deputy, Rudolph Hess crashed this aircraft in Scotland on May 10th 1941, apparently on his way to try to negotiate a cease-fire with the British. He parachuted to safety and was imprisoned and later tried for War crimes and imprisoned for life in Spandau Prison. This substantial section of fuselage is generally in the Imperial War Museum in London

This was one of 22 Ju-52s that served with the Portuguese AF (ex 6316), some of which came from Germany as the others were built in France just after the war. They remained in service until the late-60s and this example was presented to the IWM by the Portuguese Govt. in 1973.

This Mossie was built towards the end of 1945 as a B.Mk.35, probably by Percival, but later converted by Brooklands to TT.35 configuration with a target-towing winch in the bomb-bay, and guards on the tail surfaces and tailwheel. In 1963 it was registered G-ASKC, repainted as HJ898 (coded HT-G) for use in the film "633 Squadron", which was mostly shot in Scotland, with the aircraft operating from Dalcross. It now hangs from the roof in AirSpace at IWM Duxford.
