I'm not an expert on military aircraft. What I do know is that this is officially 216 and was painted up as 334 only because the former curator and director of the Musée de l'Air, General Lissarague, flew serial 334 in Indochina.

This was one of 22 Ju-52s that served with the Portuguese AF (ex 6316), some of which came from Germany as the others were built in France just after the war. They remained in service until the late-60s and this example was presented to the IWM by the Portuguese Govt. in 1973.

Seen in front of the iconic Muzej Vazduhoplovstva building opened in 1989, one of four French-built Ju-52s obtained by Yugoslavia after WWII (ex F-BBYB), adding to three German examples captured during the war (the first of these landed at Belgrade by mistake instead of Tirana). Between 1947-1952 they were sometimes used by JAT in 16 passenger configuration. Preserved since 1965
