100 Super Sabres were supplied to France under the US Military Air Program. When they were replaced by the Jaguar, the survivors were mostly returned to the USAF and most of those via 7519 Combat Support Squadron at Sculthorpe where they were either scrapped or passed on to UK museums or other USAF bases. The first aircraft arrived in November 1975. They were delivered by EC 70 whose "MA" to "MZ" codes they generally wore although retaining the '11' prefix of EC 1/11 or 2/11. 42152 was scrapped at Sculthorpe in 1976.

Still in French markings - later painted in USAF colours and displayed in the American Air Museum at Duxford until it was returned to the USA in 2016.

Photographed during a small public event, shortly after arrival for storage/disposal. 13 Super Sabres were present, this was one of two coded "11-ML".

Supplied to France by the USA as 42165 under MDAP. Returned to the USAF at Sculthorpe in 1975 and to the museum in 1976. Later repainted into USAF colours and displayed in the American Air Museum.

When the French AF returned it MAP Super Sabres to the USA, these were collected at RAF Sculthorpe. Many were scrapped, used as instructional air frames or were preserved in museums or as gate guard. photographer unknown
