Type AA was a Danish fighter first flown in January 1917. Six aircraft of this type were delivered during 1917 to Danish Army and retired soon in 1919 due to engine unreliability. This replica was built in 1996 using some original parts, including Thulin engine.

Delivered to the French Air Force in 1948. To the Portuguese Air Force as 6316 in 1960. Donated to the Imperial War Museum in September 1973. Repainted into Luftwaffe colours. Later marked as IZ-NK. To the Muzeum Lotnictwa Polskiego. Krakow, Poland in 2012.

This unmarked BO-105 was previously 8035 with the Bundeswehr and then D-HZYF. It is now preserved on the roof of this Opel car-dealership in bad Mitterndorf. At one point it also wore the fake registration OE-XAB.

This Hoplite was previously 8223 with the Polish AF but is now preserved on the roof of a petrol station in the centre of Leverkusen.

This is a home-built variant of the Pietenpol Air Camper, constructed mostly from wood by Miguel Carrillo Ayala in 1935, using technical drawings he had found in "Popular Mechanics" magazine. It was powered by an engine from a Ford A truck. In February 1936 the aircraft was transported from Carrillo's hometown of Zitácuaro to López airfield near Morelia, where it was first flown by a military pilot. Carrillo himself then flew it back from Morelia to Zitácuaro (100km), and flew it again on 14 May 1936, from Zitácuaro to the military aerodrome Balbuena, near Mexico City (140km). A replica of this aircraft was unveiled on 29 March 2018 in Zitácuaro, at the intersection of Avenida Revolución Norte and Calle Miguel Carrillo Oriente.

Whilst drones are not generally accepted on AirHistory.net they can be when developed from or converted from a manned aircraft. I am sure that most viewers will recognise that this was developed from the twin turboprop business aircraft, the Avanti. This was a development prototype.
