London Air Services AB139 departs the Orange Country Convention Center after HAI Heli-Expo 2007. This was the first AW139 delivered to a Canadian customer in June 2006. Its primarily used to shuttle guests to the luxury Sonora Resort heliport (CSR6) located on a private island 121 miles northwest of Vancouver Airport.

The hospital has a rooftop helipad. In 2015, the hospital was renamed the Nicklaus Children's Hospital after a generous pledge from golf icon Jack Nicklaus and his wife Barbara and their foundation.
