Stormbird taking to grey skies at Mid Atlantic Air Museum's 34th Annual WW II Weekend Airshow in the hands of Mike Spalding. Construction of this highly accurate replica started in 1993 using an original airframe as a template. It flew for the first time in 2011. Derated 13.1 kN GE CJ610-6 turbojets replace the Jumo 004B-1. Painted as 'White 3' of 9./JG7 as flown by Fhr. Hans-Guido Mütke on 25 Apr 1945, it has the wing's blue-red Reichsverteidigung band on the fuselage. JG7 "Nowotny" was equipped with the Me-262 from Dec 1944 till its surrender in May 1945, scoring victories till the end.

A Messerschmitt Me262 Schwalbe is preserved with the Deutsches Museum in Munich. It was formerly on display at the Flugwerft Oberschleissheim with the same museum. It was built at Obertraubling and ferried to Erding on 20 Jan. 1945. The Me-262 was field modified with an R7 Rüstsatz kit by the addition of underwing wooden racks for twelve R4M rockets, which were used against heavy bombers. On 25 April 1945, Fhr. Hans-Guido Mütke took off from Fürstenfeldbruck and landed his aircraft at Dübendorf, Switzerland.

First flying on March 14, 1945, this Me-262 Schwalbe was converted to a reconnaissance aircraft with two cameras replacing the four 30 mm cannon in the nose. The aircraft was captured at Lechfeld airfield in Barvaria on April 27, 1945 and later transported to the USA by sea for evaluation. Acquired by the Planes of Fame Museum circa 1955, Paul Allen it added to his collection at the Flying Heritage Museum in 2000. The fighter has undergone extensive restoration including the original Jumo 004B engines with the intention to fly it at least once again.

The Military Aviation Museum of Virginia Beach, VA restored their Messerschmitt Me-262 replica back to flying condition. One of five faithful reproduction aircraft constructed using a US Navy Me-262 war prize (Me 262 B-1a W.Nr. 110639) as a pattern. Pictured on it's first solo display at AirVenture 2025, the aircraft lost the fuel cap on the auxiliary tank and streamed fuel on two passes before landing.

One of the last to be completed, this Me 262 'Yellow 5' was surrendered to Allied forces at Munich-Riem in May 1945 and ferried on to Lechfeld by a Luftwaffe pilot. Flown on to Cherbourg via St Dizier and Melun, it was shipped as "Watsons Wizzers 111/Screamin' Meemie" to the US aboard HMS Reaper with 40 other captured aircraft. Barged to NAS Patuxent River and allocated BuNo 121442 for ten hours of flight tests in January 1946, these were curtailed after three engine failures. Abandoned in 1952, it was moved to the nascent USAF Museum in 1957. Restoration was accomplished from 1976 to 1979

This unique two-seat trainer captured at Lechfeld was operated by Watson's Whizzers as '555/Willie' till flown to Cherbourg, the nose gear collapsing on landing. A replacement nose cone was fitted and it was shipped to the US in July 1945. Sent to Patuxent River for flight tests as BuNo 121448, it was then given to the Naval Aviation Museum, going on show at Willow Grove, PA from 1946 till 1993 when loaned for use as a pattern for the production of flying replicas. Static restoration in its 1944 marks was completed at Everett in 2000 and it returned to Willow Grove till 2007 when moved to NMNA
