Delivered new to USN on 19 December 1967. Assigned to VA-97, VA-125, VA-153, back to VA-125, and finally to VA-56 in March 1974. Transferred to Naval Air Rework Center at NAS Alameda on 11 December 1976. Stricken there on 1 June 1978. In the photo this A-7A is loaded out with six live Mk.82 500# bombs, three on each wing. Note the nose gear launch bar is in the catapult shuttle. When the aircraft reaches the end of the flight deck the launch bar will go to its up position automatically in preparation for gear retraction.

Taxiing for take-off in late afternoon light, this is the only aircraft in the formation for this air show wearing the standard livery. It replaces the position of aircraft n. 4. The formation was forced to quickly reorganize for the 2023 airshow season, because of the loss of Captain Alessio Ghersi (Pony 5) in the accident of a private aircraft on 30th April.

Multirole aircraft for reconnaissance, bombing, torpedo bombing and casualty evacuation. Pilot's cockpit slightly offset to port to allow medical attendant to move to forward casualty cabin which doubled as station for navigator or bombardier. Sole prototype first flown 29 March 1934. By late June it was in the depicted Mk 2 bomber form with Tiger engine, lengthened fuselage and wheel spats. Wears Fairey test reg F-1. A Russian website seems to confirm c/n F.1926 on tail. Number 12 probably for Hendon display. RAF serial K3905 allocated. Specification won by Vickers 253 biplane, but Wellesley developed instead.

Registered September 2013. Used for fire fighting during the fire season

Built in 1954 and allocated SE-CBA but possibly NTU and to D-EBED in February 1955. Restored by Lufthansa at Bremen in 2002 and flew in Lufthansa Flight Training colours until written off in an accident at Bremen on 1 August 2014.

Cancelled from the US Register as expired in January 2017.

Delivered to the USAAF as C-54D 42-72749 then transferred to the US Navy as R5D-3 56528 in 1945. Redesignated as a C-54Q in 1962. Stored at Davis-Monthan AFB with park code 3C033 in 1966. Sold as N67035 then to Biegert Aviation in 1975. Reregistered as N44915 in 1976. Used for parts at Chandler-Gila River Memorial. Nose only left by 2006. Nosewheel door appears to have been swapped with the one from N44912.
