Built in 1956. To Thai air force in 1967. Converted to S-58T by 1982.

A final flourish by six Chipmunks from Southampton University Air Squadron: WG482 "12" (C1/0532), WD391 "14" (C1/0329), WP781 "16" (C1/0671), WP840 "10" (C1/0723), WK630 "15" (C!/0644) & WP851 "11" (C1/0736). The University Air Squadrons commenced retirement of the Chipmunk the following month, its replacement being the Scottish Aviation Bulldog. WG482 was de-mobbed as N31106, to VH-ZOT, N754RB.

Built in 1952 for the RAF as Chipmunk T.10 WP867. To Mk22 as G-BCYA in March 1975 and exported to Sweden in June 1975. Flying with the Västerås Aviation Museum as of 2025.

The engine cowls were off for some reason revealing engine number - 20 374 -

Delivered to the RAF as XK625 in 1956. To Hawker Siddeley in 1968 then to Southend for preservation in 1973. Moved to North Weald after the museum closed in 1983 then to the Romney Marsh Wartime Collection, Brenzett, Kent in 1989.

Ex N45192, US Navy 4406. First registered in the UK on 31st January 1989 and resident on the Isle of Wight from 1996. The "c/n" is as registered, and not the MSN.

Dismantled components of XK625 "12" (ex-8FTS) and XD527 "46", ex-Aviation Traders who had contemplated the conversion of Vampire T.11s into an executive jet. XK625 was subsequently reassembled and put on display with the HAM (Southend). It passed to North Weald in November 1983 following the closure of the museum. Subsequently to the Romney Marsh Wartime Collection, Kent. XD527 passed to the fire dump at Manston where it was reduced to a pod only by March 1986 and totally burned out by November 1987.

Grünherz Squadron

Former US Navy BuNo Bu153170 was delivered to Portugal as 5512 on 16 April 1982. It served Esq302 until it was withdrawn from use in 1998. After storage at Montreal, the Corsair was moved to Alverca FAP Depot (DGMFA) in February 2009. From August 2010, it was used as a fire trainer at Ota air base where it was last reported in late 2018. The SLUF is here seen while finding its way to runway 10 of Gilze Rijen during the out-of-the-area Tactical Leadership Programme 1995.

At the last light of day, TacAir's F-5E rolls out on runway 31L

Built as Kfir C1 (IAF serial 742) and later modified to Kfir C1P. 742 was leased to the USN between Apr'85-Mar'88. The USN/USMC leased 25 Kfirs between '85 and '89, which were officially designated F-21A. They were modified for use as unarmed adversaries. 12 F-21s were painted in this 3-tone blue-gray "ghost" scheme and were operated by Fighter Squadron (VF) 43 "Challengers" ('AD'), operating out of Oceana. In 1988 they were returned and replaced by the F-16N. The other 13 were assigned to VMFAT-401 at MCAS Yuma (AZ), these were replaced by the F-5E in '89. 742 is now pres in Haifa (Israel).
