Destroyed in an accident on 10 October 2016 while registered to 101190984 Saskatchewan Ltd of Saskatoon, SK. On a hunting trip flight from Vanderhoof, BC to Laidman Lake, BC with 4 passengers, stalled into rising wooded terrain 11 miles east of the Lake. The pilot was fatally injured and two passengers seriously injured.

This Beech E18 can be found in the excellent Sri Lanka Air Force (SLAF) museum in Ratmalana. This aircraft, believed to be the sole example ever used by the SLAF is ex 4R-AAU and was used for survey work. By 1980, it was retired and stored prior to refurbishment for the Sri Lanka Air Force in 1982. It was first reported with the museum in March 1993.
