Flown into Southend from Shawbury 14 March 1967 under ferry marks G-AVHU, which were quickly removed and the aircraft restored to the livery of 12 Group Communications Flight. Cancelled from the register 30 May 1984 as PWFU.

Delivered to Fleet Air Arm 3 June 1952. Later registered G-SALY 12 July 1983 and to USA 2 January 1991, where it now flies as NX15S.

Delivered to RAF as NP303 1944. SOC and registered G-ANZJ 8 February 1955. To BHAM 1 August 1967 and later renovated as NP303. Cancelled 6.3.73 as PWFU.

Ex G-AOBW, depicted here when only recently renovated, it was later to be vandalised and scrapped in 1970.

Originally delivered to the USAAF as 42-108991. At the time of the photo the aircraft was owned by an aircraft parts company and the "North African" titles are believed to have been applied for movie use.

Sold in the US as N176TM in 2000. The true identity of VH-ASF is a mystery. The c/n is a wartime rebuild number issued by de Havilland Australia and its original c/n and RAAF serial are not known. Originally registered VH-GAC in 1956 and became -ASF in 1958. Sometimes identified as c/n DHA273 which was destroyed in a midair collision in 1941. There is no correlation between the original c/ns and rebuild numbers. The lack of an RAAF serial suggests the rebuild may not have completed during the war.
