Had been one of the 13 aircraft assembled on the eastern boundary at Southend for the nascent British Historic Aircraft Museum. Arrived by air from Shawbury on 14 March 1967. Sadly, this museum came to nought but was resurrected as the Historic Aircraft Museum (Southend) in 1972. By that time TX211/G-AVHU had been vandalised. It donated its outer wings, rudder, tailplane & port engine to VL348/G-AVVO in the summer of 1971 and was scrapped c. September 1972.
