Former USAAF 43-16008 C-47A became NC15836 and N15836 after being sold to the commercial market. It was acquired again by the USAF in 1949 and reserialled 49-2622. The Dak was transferred to Greece in October 1949 under MDAP through Van Nuys AMC (CA). The aircraft flew quite a long time as 92622 and later as 49622, but in 1993, after an overhaul it just carried 622. The Dakota belonged to 355/1 MTM at Sédes and is seen here resting at one of the platforms at Larissa after a logistic flight from Sedes.

This C-47 operated with the RAF from 1945 until 1953, in which year it became G-ANAF. The aircraft still was registered G-ANAF when it was seen landing at Eindhoven in preparation for the 2023 Market Garden memorial flight.

The Irish registration was cancelled on 27 October 1978. (The Pou de Ciel was G-AEHM 'Blue Finch', which was moved in mid 2011 on loan to the M-Shed Museum, Bristol.)

World War II 42-93431 went to the Royal Canadian Air Force (970 and 12954) in 1945. Sold in 1971 to become CF-OOW, it was stored at Oshawa airport sometime after 2005. Sold to Basler Turbo Conversions in 2012, the aircraft become BT-67 number 64 in 2017.

This DC-3 was originally ordered by American Airlines, but instead diverted to the USAAF and modified as a C-49J. The plane was built at the Santa Monica plant in California and delivered as 43-1973 in November 1942, remaining with the USAAF for most of the war as a troop transporter. It was SOC in April 1945 and converted to a DC-3 for Eastern Airlines. It later also flew with several other civilian operators before being purchased by NEAM in November 1992, with a total of 55,434 flying hours. The frame recently underwent a four-year restoration and is now on display in the Civil Hangar.
