The Control Configured Vehicle test NB-52E was fitted with three canard control surfaces (two horizontal and one ventral) which were linked to computers receiving flight data from sensors mounted throughout the aircraft monitoring turbulence, which fed back compensatory control inputs. Although here on 'Celebrity Row' next to the prototype for the Boeing 707, she was scrapped in 10.93

Seen here in the old colours awaiting maintenance with BAF, this F27 was another Bonanza machine, delivered to them in 10.59 as N150L (later N750L). Bought by the Mauritanians in 6.74, she found herself back in the States ten years later, joining Horizon as N280PH and being converted to F27J standard. She headed south in 7.87, becoming LV-PAD and later LV-AZV with CATA. Dismantled around 2002 and fuselage/tail now at a technical college in Buenos Aires near Aeroparque
