The Anatra Anasal was Russian WW I era aircraft built in large numbers. It was built in Odessa, in today's Ukraine and was also used by Austro-Hungarian forces as well as Czechoslovakia. The Sukhoi T-4, or "Aircraft 100", or "Project 100", or "Sotka" is a Soviet high-speed strategic bomber aircraft that did not proceed beyond the prototype stage. The first T-4, designated "101", first flew on 22 August 1972. The test pilot was Vladimir Ilyushin, son of famed aircraft designer Sergei Ilyushin. The T-4 flew only ten times for a total of 10 hours and 20 minutes. Only two prototypes were finished before the programme was cancelled on 22 January 1974. In 1982, 101 was added to the collection of the excellent museum in Monino.

Built in 1962, this Yak-28L was formerly coded 44 blue. The Yak-28L was a tactical bomber with ground-controlled targeting system using triangulation from ground-based transmitter sites. A total of were 111 built and this particular aircraft was added to the collection at Monino on 24 January 1975.

The Tu-16 was the first jet bomber in service with the Soviet Union. See here is a Tu-16K-26 which could carry two K-26 missiles and was one of the last versions of the origianl Tu-16 built. The Tu-16 was further developed in China as the H-6. Bort 53 red is on display at the excellent Central Museum of the Air Force at Monino. It was first reported here in 1985.

The Tu-16 was the first jet bomber in service with the Soviet Union. See here is a Tu-16K-26 which could carry two K-26 missiles and was one of the last versions of the origianl Tu-16 built. The Tu-16 was further developed in China as the H-6. Bort 53 red is on display at the excellent Central Museum of the Air Force at Monino. It was first reported here in 1985.
