Seen at Prestwick on delivery to the US where it became N12224. The aircraft went through several owners before being converted in 1978 to a Century 111 Jetstream with Garrett TPE-331 engines operating with Air Illinois, Dorado Wings and Crown Air. In 1985 it was one of three Jetstreams allocated to the US Army and was given the serial 85-24687 although it never flew as such and was subsequently used as a ground instructional airframe by Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University at Dayton Beach in Florida.

One of six Provosts T.1s which arrived at Fairoaks on 20th November 1968. All ex CATCS, Shawbury, they arrived at Fairoaks from Blackbushe and were intended for illegal export for use in the Biafra conflict. That never happened and the aircraft languished at Fairoaks until May 1970 when they were dismantled, transported to a warehouse in North London and clandestinely shipped to Rhodesia in 1971/72. G-AWTE was cancelled from the UK register in March 1969 and ultimately became R3165 with the Rhodesian AF.
