Flying with 29 Squadron, based at the time at RAF Leuchars. Written of 17 November 1965 at RAF Butterworth, Malaysia after bursting a tyre on landing.

Assigned to the 420th Air Refueling Squadron at Sculthope (EGUP). To MASDC and declared surplus in 1964.

Noted in a scrapyard at Lasham, England in 1963.

Tail insignia applicable to 88th BS / 47th BW which was stationed at RAF Sculthorpe (EGUP). A close look at the rear of the USAF insignia shows multiple attachment brackets for JATO bottles.

Entered service in 1958 and on 17 November 1965 at RAF Butterworth (WMKB) it was wrecked in a ground loop when a tyre burst on landing.

To Turkey AF in 1972 as 56-3884 and crashed at Bor/Nigde 26 November 1974. The Statue of Liberty badge on the tail identifies this as belonging to 48th TFW which had relocated from Chaumont-Semoutiers to Lakenheath (EGUL) the year before. (Note the junior spotter in the foreground equipped with ubiquitous Brownie 127 camera.)

Later sold to Continental Air Services as XW-PBP and wrecked on the ground in a severe thunderstorm at Vientiane (VLVT), Laos on 24 March 1964.

Retired to MASDC in 1969.
