Visiting Coventry for the Royal Show. Written off on 13-Aug-1969, the left wing separated due to material failure after take-off and the aircraft crashed short of the runway in a forest (Hüttrup) near Greven, Germany. Two fatalities. The aircraft had performed a training flight with one touch-and-go before the crash.

An unusual visitor to Baginton on 3 July 1968, previously owned by Scottish Rural Gas Ltd of Perth, Scone, it was sold on 31 May 1968 but not re-registered (to CAVU International Limited of St Helier, Jersey) until 20 August 1968. It is assumed that it night-stopped at Baginton on its long delivery flight.
