Became F-AZDX in 1985, and named 'Lucky Lady' (later 'Pink Lady'). Grounded in 2010 as no longer airworthy, and preserved at Cerny-La Ferte Alais near Paris.

Later sold to a private operator, registered HK-851P and crashed after taking off from Villavicencio for a flight to Mitu on 9th July 2000 killing 10 of the 19 on board
