Delivered to Balkan - Bulgarian Airlines in 1977 as LZ-AEG and transferred to Hemus Air by May 1988. Sold to the Czechoslovak AF as 1107 in 1991 and converted to An-30FG for the Open Skies Treaty monitoring role in 1994. Stored and for sale at Kbely by 2006, moving to Air Park Zruč u Plzně for preservation in December 2009

Built in 1982, delivered to the Czechoslovak AF and transferred to the new Slovak AF on the first day of 1993. Repainted in light grey/dark grey/black camouflage (as per my 1999 photo here). Stored at Malacky-Kuchyna by 2005 back in tan/green camo, ferried from Malacky-Kuchyna to Pieštany in March 2016 and now preserved in the Vojenské historické múzeum there

From this angle, this Skyvan appears to be fitted with spray equipment. Believed to be leased and operated by Hunting Aviation, whose motif (in miniature) is on the centre lower fuselage. Hunting later bought this Skyvan and registered it as G-PIGY.

The plane flew many combat missions in the Pacific Theater of Operations until late 1945 when it was abandoned in Khanpur, India. 1948: TOS Indian Air Force with s/n T-18. 1968: Given to the Indian Air Force Technical College in Jalahali, to be used for mechanic training. 1981: Doug Arnold/Warbirds of Great Britain. 5/82: Airfreighted disassembled by a Belfast transport plane to Blackbushe Airport, England. 1984: Doctor Robert F. Collings, and transported by ship to the USA. 6/89: Registered as N224J. 1989: Restored.
