The identity of this aircraft is unknown. It is often quoted as c/n 19052 which was converted to AC-47T Fantasma FAC1667 in 2002, but that is definitely incorrect. By 1994 this unknown airframe was in fact displayed at the Museo Aeroespacial Colombiano for many years, initially as FAC1667, later as FAC667. In 2017 it was moved to the museum's new location at Parque Jaime Duque, Tocancipá.

Delivered to Northwest Orient in February 1958 as a DC7C and converted to a freighter in October 1961 for Riddle Airlines, later re-named Airlift International. Sold in 1972 and operated by various freight companies until stored at Madrid, Spain in 1974. Sold to a company called Custom Air Inc in June 1978 and impounded by the authorities in Bogota later the same year. Scrapped by 1996
