Together with two sister ships, 11-22 had just been transferred from Interflug to Luftwaffe / German Government a few days before I took this slide. However, all three IL-62M's saw limited governmental service only, and after a period of storage at Ingolstadt they were sold via Uzbekistan to Alim Air of Egypt. This one here flew as SU-ZDA and was seen at Cairo in derelict conditions a few years later.
