slide scan from the NK collection. - In its first year of operation for Amway Corp, BAC 1-11 N523AC still showed the colours of its previous private owner, when it was registered as N5LC. The plane was converted ex Braniff to VIP standard and flew for Amway until 1991.

N523AC, built in 1964, was acquired by Amway Corp in 1975. Seen here in the later company colours, the 1-11 was sold on for further VIP operations in 1991, and was active until 2011. The last registration was N200JX; it was broken up at Orlando MCO during 2013.

Previously G-ASUF then N1541 (Braniff), N111QA and N523AC. Later N583CC, N583CQ and N200JX which was cancelled in 2013. Scanned from a slide.

At the time of photo according different internet pages owned by Select Aviation/Select Leasing Inc and sold to Elite Express LLC on June 2009, which kind of nicely match to EE on tail. But looks like under new owner it basically just fly to Orlando (KMCO) where was broken up 2012.

This BAC 111 was built in 1966 and initially served with American Airlines as N5031 before conversion to executive status. It became N101PC and was stored at Castle Airport Atwater . Scanned from a slide.

The first 1-11 for Braniff on a test flight over southern England. Delivered in August 1965. Sold in July 1971 and still operational in 2011 as an executive aircraft. Scrapped at Orlando International in October 2012. Obtained from BAC over 40 years ago.
