A later color scheme for this former Airtransit Twin Otter. Most of the extra systems unique to the DHC-6-300S , such as spoilers, Microwave landing system, etc were de-activated after airline service. The aircraft was with Transport Canada from 1976 to 2000.

This Labrador was serialed 10403 when delivered to the RCAF. It was retired as the type stood down in 2004 and later sold to Colombia Helicopters. It is stored in Aurora, OR with other Vertols for future refurbishment.

US Army Otter 58-1710 was delivered April 29, 1959. Deployed in Vietnam, the aircraft was struck off strength in 1969. It was registered CF-QRI in 1972 to fly out of Campbell River, BC with Trans Mountain Air Services. Re-named Gulf Air Aviation in 1976, the aircraft is pictured after taken over for Air BC. Registered to Harbour Air in April 1985, the floatplane was written off on May 8, 1991. When the pilot attempted to reverse course in a valley during marginal VFR conditions, the aircraft settled into trees. All survived, but the aircraft remains are still stored at the time of uploading.

After this demonstration water drop I was given a ride in this brand new aircraft.

This aircraft with only 40 hours on it was on a cross-country demonstration tour and it stopped in at the Prince George British Columbia Forest Service tanker base for a demonstration. I was fortunate to be given a ride in the aircraft and it was a fun time.

Visiting from its Vancouver base is this 1987 built Cessna jet. It has the Williams FJ-44 engine installation making it a 'Super Citation'. The extrovert markings are a leftover from when it was N543SC pre-import and have nothing to do with the current owner.

This Seneca normally operates out of Hollywood/FL (KHWO) and hip-hopped across the continent to arrive here last night. Later it departed to Prince George (CYXS).

Arriving from who-knows-where is this mystery Global. It did not show up on radar sites and the FAA register shows it still as N700KJ.

Delivered to the USAAF as 44-76714 then to the RAF as KN511 in 1945. To the RCAF in 1946. Reserialled as 12926 in 1970. Sold as C-GWUH in 1975. Reregistered as N707BA in 1985. Converted to a BT-67 for the DOS Air Wing in 2008 then to North Star Air as C-FWUI in 2017.

Originally built as the We-Will racer. Two revamps led to it becoming the first of three Wedell-Williams 44 racers. It went though further modifications over its racing life. NR278V crashed at Cleveland during the Thompson Trophy race on September 3, 1934, killing the pilot. A replica of this aircraft registered N278V was on the US register from 1985 to 2019. An example of the short lived Tomahawk which was only produced 1978 to 1982 with about 2500 made. The way this one is painted reminds me of the Netherlands Air Force training scheme.

This Top Aces owned Alphajet arrived from CFB Cold Lake/AB yesterday. They now have 30 of the type and this is the latest one having been registered in December 2020 ex N114ZA and Luftwaffe 4114. Here just returned from a sortie and note the green deicer fluid on the A320 wings behind.
