Built in 1953 as CV340 N3424 for Braniff it passed to Allegheny Airlines in July 1966 who converted it to a CV580 and re-registered it N5815. Bought by Aspen in June 1978 it served until that carrier was merged with Air Wisconsin in 1991, when it was purchased by Kelowna Flightcraft and re-registered C-GKFO. In January 2001 it was bought by Conair Aviation and converted to air tanker #53; it was withdrawn from use in October 2021 and bought by Air Spray for parts and is now stored at Red Deer, AB.

Delivered to the USN in 1956 and from 1968 served as flag transport for the Chief of Naval Air Training here at NAS Pensacola. Retired to MASDC in 1981 but returned the following year for preservation

Ex - USAF 52-5791 it was was once earmarked for conversion to an HC-131A for the USCG but never converted. It became XA-TDF for Línea Aérea Mexicana de Carga in 1996, and was last reported derelict at General Roberto Fierro Villalobos International Airport, Chihuahua, Mexico.

Delivered to the USAF as T-29D 52-1180 in 1953. Converted to a VT-29D in 1962. Stored at Davis-Monthan AFB in 1975. Sold to Southwest Alloys in 1980 and moved to their yard. Made Airworthy and registered as N4448Q in 1983. Withdrawn from use at Opa Locka, FL in 1989. Still there in 1993. Later scrapped.

Former Canadian Armed Forces CC-109 109157, or Canadair CL-66B if you wish, but probably better known as Convair 540 HP-1445 is seen here stored at Albrook in Panama.

First flight August 24th 1956 and deliverd to Sabena as OO-SCN Septembr 19th 1956. In Octobr 1967 N73162 Frontier Airlines. It was converted to CV-580 the same month. Octobr 1983 Combs Airways, opf Frontier Commuter. August 1985 Metro Airlines, opf American Eagle. Octobr 1987 N73162 bought by SAAB and converted to freighter CV-580F. Septembr 1988 bought by EAT, and in Decembr rr OO-DHJ European Air Transport, opf DHL. Octobr 1995 HZ-SN14 SNAS Aviation, opf DHL. Novembr 1st 2004 N587X Air Tahoma. September 1st 2007 it charshed after take-off at Rickenbacker. Seen loading in the afteroon 1990

Delivered to the USAF as T-29C 52-1142 in 1954. Converted to an AC-131A in 1959 then to an AT-29C in 1960. Redesignated as an ET-29C in 1962. To the FAA as N247 in 1962 and reregistered as N248 then N244 in 1963. Sold as N12241 in 1973 which was never applied and stored at Hondo. Later scrapped.

In Ex-Frontier Commuter colours. Delivered to Sabena as CV-440-12 OO-SCS in 1956. To Frontier Airlines as N73166 and converted to a CV580 in 1968. To other operators from 1984 then to Kelowna Flightcraft as C-GEUZ then C-FHKF in 1999. To Conair in 2000 and converted to a firebomber. Last flight to Victoria, BC for preservation at the BC Aviation Museum in 2022.

Delivered to American Airlines as N94239 in 1948. To Trans Texas Airways in 1961. Converted to a CV600 in 1966. Trans Texas were renamed to Texas International Airlines in 1968. Stored at Tucson-Ryan Field by 1978. Flown to Tucson and reregistered as N2654D but not applied in 1982. Used for parts by Hamilton Aviation. Scrapped by 1987.
