This 1963 Caribou was originally with the Kuwait Air Force. Brought back to Canada in 1977, it's pictured with Kelowna Flightcraft, operating the freighter 1980 - 84. Air North and Kenn Borek Air later flew the aircraft before Newcal Aviation bought it in 1992, stored at Gimli, MB and slated for turbine conversion. Crash of the prototype turbine conversion in August 1992 saw it go to Air Tindi in 1993 before sold to the USA as N112CH in 1997. Based at New Smyrna Beach, FL with Vintage Props and Jets, the aircraft was damaged by high winds in 2001. It became derelict and was later broken up.

Former RCAF 12477 resplendent in it's original colors. Sold surplus circa 1956 as CF-HQZ, it flew with Trans Air and a year later Austin Airways. Stored after a take off accident in February 1959, it was acquired by Canadian Warplane Heritage in 1974 for possible rebuild. When another Anson already in flying condition was bought, this one was trucked across Canada to Vancouver for a restoration by the Western Wing of CWH. Deemed surplus by the museum, it was sold to the Reynolds Aviation Museum in 1992. It remains on display, but has not flown for some time.

A two seat version of the Gamma 2A, the Polar Star attempted the world's first trans-Antarctic flight on November 23, 1935. Explorer Lincoln Ellsworth and Canadian pilot Herbert Hollick-Kenyon left Dundee Island for Little America station but ran out of fuel on the last leg of the journey 25 miles short of Little America. They walked that last distance and settled in the abandoned camp until rescued two months later. The airplane was later recovered and donated to the Smithsonian.

In 1969, Great Lakes Airlines began upgrading their fleet with two Convair 440s bought from Swissair. Four more 440s were brought on-line before the airline switched to Convair 580s around 1976. This is former HB-IMK "Neuchatal", that was originally flown in the basic Swissair colors, until the next aircraft from Linjeflyg introduced a new color scheme based on that airline's cheat lines. To Key Air Lines in 1976as N30KA, the aircraft eventually sat out it's days in Florida after the mid 90s. The registration was cancelled in 2012.

Alitalia replaced the Caravelle with Douglas DC-9s and 727s. "Città di Genova" was in the fleet from 1980 to 1984 when it was sold to ATASCO, who moved it on to PeopleExpress and later Continental Airlines (N581PE, later N12411). All of the 727s were gone by 1985, replaced by MD-80s for fleet commonality.

Originally this Otter was delivered to the US Army as 55-2975. Watson Lake Flying Services owned it 1977 - 1997. Sold to P&D Aircraft Leasing, the aircraft was leased to Blok Air flying out of Thompson, MB. Returned to P&D in 1999 when Blok Air ran into difficulties, they instead took over and restructured the company, re-naming it Venture Air. On September 15, 1999, the float plane was flying to Nicholson Lake, MB when a cylinder cracked with the engine losing power and catching fire. Setting down on an unnamed lake, everyone escaped but could only watch the aircraft burn.
