This F-4E and crew were credited with a MiG kill on 23 May 1972, while assigned to the 35th TFS, 366th TFW at Da Nang AB (Vietnam). The Phantom was nicknamed "triple cripple" due to the 333 and the number of problems it had. Apparently one of the 333 problems appeared on 11 September 1987 as the aircraft clearly had some issues on the flightline of George. The aircraft was moved to AMARC with inventory code FP333 on 11 October 1989. It left the storage depot on 30 July 1997 for Bodo, Norway.

McDonnell Douglas built this airframe as a F-4E. It was later modified to F-4G. Clearly having some issues on the flightline of George AFB. This F-4G was moved to AMARC on 19 June 1992 and received inventory code FP860. If was sold to HVF West, Tucson (AZ) on 19 December 2017 and was subsequently scrapped.

This F-4E was one of ten of the 20th Tacttical Fighter Traning Squadron which were owned by Germany. The 20th TFTS conducted basic F-4 transition and instructor training for Luftwaffe pilots. It flew with the 35th TFW up to mid-1992 and was then moved to Holloman AFB (NM) to fly with the 20th TFS. It was stored at the base from Oct'97 to Feb'98. The Phantom returned to its legitimate owner, Germany on 26 Feb'98. First stored at Hopsten, then became an instructional airframe, as '40+72', at the base. It was eventually scrapped by summer 2004.

Flew with the 35th TFW up to mid-1992 and was then moved to Holloman AFB (NM) to fly with the 20th TFS. The Phantom returned to its legitimate owner, Germany, on 15 May 1997. It was stored at Neuburg up to at last late 1997. Then moved to Wittmund where it was last seen as an instructional airframe up to mid-1999. Current status?

This Phantom flew with the 32nd TFS 'CR' from Soesterberg (the Netherlands) in the late 1970s. It returned to CONUS and was assigned to the 35th TFW at George. After service, the Phantom was stored at AMARC on 8 March 1991 and received inventory code FP0612. It was selected for the QF-4E programme and moved to BAE Systems, Mojave (CA) on 23 October 2003. It got code DD250 assigned and was delivered to the 82nd ATRS on 27 April 2004. It changed code to AF259 and was shot down over the Gulf of Mexico on 27 June 2007. Here is is pictured at homebase George on a day when over 120 F-4s were logged.

McDonnell Douglas built the Phantom as a F-4E,. It was rebuild to F-4G and pictured as such on the massive platform of George AFB (CA). The Wild Weasel was moved to AMARC on 17 Apr'92 and received inventory code FP0838. It was selected, with eleven other F-4Gs, for the QF-4G programme and flown over to BAE Systems, Mojave (CA) on 9 Nov'99. It received code AF-214 and was delivered on 7 Jun'00. The QF-4G returned to AMARG on 16 Jan'03 as FP1078. Its exact departure date is unknown, but the QF-4G was shot down in service with the 53rd Weapons Evaluation Group, Tyndall AFB (FL), on 4 Aug'06.

This Phantom was written off after a mid-air collision over Furnace Creek, Death Valley (CA) on 26 July 1990. The F-4E collided with F-4E serial 75-0630/GA of 20th TFTS. Two crew were killed on one of the jets.
