CP Air leased this Britannia Airways 737 (G-BJCV) November 1985 - June 1986. It would return for a another winter lease (1987 - 88). The airline was then Canadian Airlines and the 737 flew without titles, registered C-GCAU.

Two seat Freedom Fighter pictured in the last "Ghost" aggressor color scheme that was later adopted for all CF-116s in their final years of service. 116819 was lost on the Cold Lake Weapons Range January 10, 1992 when it hit the ground during a low level turn.

First delivered to India as VT-PSR in 2016, this Bell 407 has been with Zip Aviation since 2018.

Delivered March 1, 1958 and registered ZS-CAL to the Directorate of Civil Aviation, Johannesburg, South Africa, this Beaver returned to Canada as C-GHMI in 2000. It has been with Seair Seaplanes since May 2016.

One of a small fleet of Jetstars operated by Transport Canada.This aircraft was with them from 1972 until the type was retired in 1985. Sold in the USA registered N9739B, it was eventually scrapped with the registration cancelled in 1992.

With former identities of 44-74427 in the USAF and 9592 with the RCAF, this Mustang went to Trans Florida Aviation as N9148R in 1959. It was re-purchased in 1962 by North American Rockwell for demonstrations by R. A. "Bob" Hoover. On August 9, 1970, an oxygen bottle exploded during servicing and the fuselage was severely damaged. Rebuilt using parts from another Mustang, the aircraft went through several other warbird owners before moving to France in 1998 as F-AZSB.

Pictured new with Transwest Helicopters, C-GTWH would later fly in Norway as LN-OPV and Switzerland as HB-XVZ. It returned to Canada in 2003, but it's registration had already been re-used by Transwest for another Bell 214 (cn 28017). Taking the registration C-GTWV, the helicopter was written off on July 10, 2010 during fire fighting sortie. Losing engine power it hit hard during the emergency landing . The two crew escaped, but the machine caught fire and burned.

Imported in 1969, this Aztec was with Pacific Rim Airlines 1984 - 92. To the USA as N21922, the registration was cancelled in 2008 when it was exported to to Portugal.

In 1985, Time Air bought two SD3-60s (and later leased another) for flights on British Columbia's coast. Delivered on September 20, 1985, this aircraft has the short-lived Time Air Connector titles in conjunction with Pacific Western Airlines and Air Canada . At this time, CP Air had Air BC as a connector partner. After Air Canada purchased 85% of Air BC in1987, Time Air would align with Canadian Airlines (the result of a Pacific Western Airlines and CP Air merger).

This Huey Cobra operated in concert with the Army Flight Dynamics Directorate (AFDD). Ex US Army 66-15248, it later received the civil registration N736NA.

In 1970 Vance International Airways was purchased by McCulloch Oil Company, changing the name to McCulloch International Airlines. Re-equipped with American Airlines Lockheed Electras, they flew potential land buyers to properties near Lake Havasu City, AZ. This aircraft would see the color scheme updated by changing the green cheat line to red and eventually adding the McCulloch logo. Later with Ansett ANA and Evergreen International Airlines, the aircraft was with the Armada Argentina as 6-P-101 when it crashed on September 29, 1989 at Almirante Zar Naval Air Station at Trelew, Argentina.

Managed by the National Museum of the United States Air Force Loan Program, this T-33 was on display at the Yankee Air Force Museum in Ypsilanti, MI before arriving by road at the Aviation Heritage Park, Bowling Green, KY on Sep 24, 2011.

Bought new in 1978, Burrard Air operated this Cessna 185 until sold privately in 1986. It's pictures transiting the boundary of Vancouver International Airport to the seaplane launch ramp. The aircraft appears to have gone to the USA as N185PL from 1996 - 2011 after which it returned to Canada registered C-FGPC. It's current with Spruce Moose Aviation at the time of uploading, having been acquired in June 2021.

The first US airline to introduce the MD-80 into service in 1980, Pacific Southwest Airlines took delivery of this one on June 30, 1984. When pictured, USAir had finalized the purchase of PSA and the two airlines merged in 1988. Re-registered N825US in March 1988, the aircraft was retired in August 2002 and stored at Mojave, CA. It went to West Caribbean Airways in as HK-4500 (X) in October 2003, but stored again before the airline ceased flying in 2005.

Air BC leased this Dash 7 from July 1983 to April 1989 as their first large regional airliner. Former De Havilland Canada development aircraft (C-GQIW-X ), it was sold to Spantax S.A., as EC-DCB in May 1978, but was returned to DHC in May 1981. Ferried to Las Vegas, NV in April 1989 for storage, it was later damaged in a hangar fire. Bought by AGES Group, an aircraft parts broker, it was parted out and scrapped.

This aircraft was built in 1995 by Mervyn L Punkari.

This Otter was originally shipped by sea to De Havilland Australia at Bankerstown in April 1958. Assembled and delivered to Qantas Empire Airways August 21st, it remained in Australia until sold 10 years later. Ferried back to Canada for AirWest August 17, 1968, C-FXRI is flying in Saskatchewan with a turbine engine at the time of uploading.

Delivered to CP Air November 2, 1981, this was one of three DC-10-30s leased to United Airlines from March 1983 to May 1987. United converted all three DC-10s to ER configuration to operate their new Seattle / Portland to Tokyo service. Returned to Canadian Airlines, the aircraft's last revenue flight was on February 27, 2000 as the airline's new owner, Air Canada, removed DC-10s from the fleet. Re-registered N482CR, it was flown to Marana, AZ for strroage.

A brand new Twin Otter delivered to Airwest Airlines May 29, 1980. Delivered green, it would be painted in the airline's new color scheme, but was sold before entering service.

Okanagan Helicopters registered this JetRanger in 1973. Pictured with a Mountain Rescue Service badge, the helicopter wold go the the Royal Thai Army in 1985.
