In June 1985 Worldways took delivery of two L1011s as their first wide body machines. Both were originally delivered to Pacific Southwest Airlines, this one as N10112. Stored after Worldways ceased operations in 1991, the aircraft flew with several charitable organizations from 1994 until stored again at Tucson, AZ in 2002. Re-activated for a ferry flight July 14, 2017, it was flown to Kansas City, KS by Tristar Experience for use as an interactive lab in STEM education (science, technology, engineering and mathematics).

Starting with a DC-4 in 1973, Worldways Canada entered the jet age with 3 Boeing 707s bought in 1981/82. This is the second aircraft which was delivered in November 1981. The aircraft went to Brazil as PT-TCP in February 1986, first with TransBrasil and later with AeroBrasil Cargo. On November 26, 1992, the airliner struck an approach light tower with the right landing gear during take-off. The gear collapsed when landing back at Manaus-Eduardo Gomes airport causing it run off of the runway. It was not repaired.

The dispatcher gives the 1-11 pilot the thumbs up!... before taxying he'll have to wait a few seconds though for the TriStar to go onto the gate.

Basic Eastern Air Lines c/s.

The second of two Convair 640s that were originally delivered to the Arabian American Oil Company in 1952. Both Convairs were bought from Pacific Western Airlines in 1976, and both went to Wright Airlines in 1982.

The Dart-powered Convairs were always a relatively rare sight compared to their Allison sisters. This one was originally CV-340 N727A with American Arab Oil in 1952, converted to 440 for General Dynamics (N7362) and then 640 in 5.66. Bought by PWA 5.67; to Wright 11.82 becoming N860FW. Later operated by Viking,Kitty Hawk and Rhoades among others; stored at Fort Worth - Meacham from 2000, fuselage only noted 2013

Whilst this aircraft is untitled, it does carry the Worldways logo on the fin.

Originally delivered to Qantas August 1968 as the "City of Darwin". After two years with Brisish Caledonian Airways, C-GGAB entered the Worldways fleet before returning to Australia to join the RAAF.

Rotating on take-off from runway 24. Worldways Canada acquired this 707 in 1981, and flew it into Amsterdam regularly. Two years later they switched to DC-8's and C-GRYN was sold to the Royal Australian Air Force, as A20-623. It served them faithfully until withdrawn from use 24 years later, in 2007. In 2011 it was sold to Omega Air as N623RH and stored at Brunswick, GA. It was still there in 2017.
