On its way to the ILA air show at Hanover. Two days later at the show it was in a collision with PA-23 G-BBST photo plane. The Beech landed safely. The Aztec crashed killing all three onboard. Delivered to NLM as PH-CHF on 07 Mar 1979. Merged into KLM CityHopper on 01 Aug 1990. Sold to Merpati in Indonesia as PK-MSV on 03 Dec 1996. Repossessed and registered back to PH-CHF on 25 Aug 1998.
